Absolutely loved our visit to the All Saints Outlet on Black Friday! My partner and I were traveling from the U.S. and from the moment we walked in, Shariff and the team made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, helping us find perfect pieces and suggesting items we wouldn’t have thought of. The store was beautifully organized, the Black Friday deals were fantastic, and the overall shopping experience was seamless. We ended up buying way more than we planned because the service and atmosphere were just that good! Highly recommend this outlet to anyone looking for amazing fashion and exceptional customer care.
I had such a great experience at the AllSaints Outlet! The store was clean, well-organized, and full of amazing deals. The staff were super friendly, patient, and helped me find the perfect pieces without feeling rushed. The discounts were honestly better than I expected, and the quality of the clothes is exactly what AllSaints is known for. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend shopping here if you want great style at outlet prices!
Really disappointed in the customer service. Was not told at checkout I couldn’t return the order when purchasing it. Came back to return it within an hour and was told they can’t do returns and would only give a store credit. The checkout was also very unprofessional.
I had a really disappointing experience in-store today. I was completely ignored by the two sales associates, who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. At no point did they acknowledge me or offer any assistance while I was shopping. When I went to the checkout, I was again ignored—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It felt unprofessional and frankly, rude. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Bought this shirt 2 months ago; a gift for my son's Birthday, He wore it only 2 times , I went to the store to exchange it with a receipt and I was denied an exchange due to the fact they only exchange within 28 days unworn, Kay the store manager refused to acknowledge the poor quality and advised me to report it through their website . Absolutely ridiculous to pay $200.00 for a shirt made to last only to times wear . Kay also told me her District Manager Khadija advised her to give me the website address to report on line .
03/31/14 was when I visited this store. I attempted to make contact with a staff member regarding a purse to buy. I had it in my hand. The staff were all busy in conversation with each other at the cash register and did not attempt to assist me or provide ANY customer service; I ended up putting it back on the shelf and leaving. When I approach a cash register I wish to pay for the item and not feel as if am interrupting their conversation. They made no effort to stop talking for just one minute to sell me a bag.
I was going by here & didn't expect to find anything, or purchase anything, but the employee that helped me was so great. he gave the store a whole different atmosphere & helped me find these amazing jeans that are easily my new #1 pair which says a lot cause I'm 5"9 & finding jeans is a difficult task for me.
